Shipping policy

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days.

  • If any book is out of stock, processing may take longer — in that case, we will inform you via email or phone.

  • You will receive an Order Confirmation Email after placing the order and a Shipping Confirmation Email once the order is shipped.

2. Shipping Areas

  • We deliver all across India.

  • If your location is outside our delivery network (e.g., remote or hard-to-reach areas), we will inform you and provide alternate solutions if possible.

3. Delivery Timeframes

  • Metro cities / major towns: 2–5 business days

  • Other cities / semi-urban / rural areas: 5–10 business days

  • Remote locations: Delivery may take longer — estimated time will be shared at the time of order.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping cost depends on order weight, size, and delivery location.

  • Free shipping may be offered on orders above a certain amount (if applicable).

  • Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly shown at checkout before payment.

5. Shipping Methods

  • We use trusted courier partners such as DTDC, Delhivery, India Post, and other reliable delivery services.

  • For some areas, we may use local courier services for faster delivery.

  • Express delivery may be available at an extra cost.

6. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID and link to track your package.

  • If tracking is unavailable, we will keep you updated through email or SMS.

7. Damaged / Lost / Missing Orders

  • If your order arrives damaged, please report it to us within 24 hours with photos of the package.

  • We will either resend the book(s) or provide a refund, based on your preference.

  • If your package is lost in transit, we will file a claim with the courier and either reship or refund the amount.

8. Delayed Delivery

  • If your order takes longer than the expected delivery time, please contact our Customer Support.

  • We’ll investigate the delay and arrange a suitable solution.

  • Please note that delivery delays may occur due to weather conditions, public holidays, festivals, or unforeseen events. We will do our best to keep you informed.

9. Terms & Conditions

  • Please make sure the delivery address and contact number are correct while placing the order.

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability of the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

  • We reserve the right to update or modify our shipping policy at any time. Any changes will apply to new orders.
