If any book is out of stock, processing may take longer — in that case, we will inform you via email or phone.

You will receive an Order Confirmation Email after placing the order and a Shipping Confirmation Email once the order is shipped.
2. Shipping Areas

We deliver all across India.

If your location is outside our delivery network (e.g., remote or hard-to-reach areas), we will inform you and provide alternate solutions if possible.
3. Delivery Timeframes

Metro cities / major towns: 2–5 business days

Other cities / semi-urban / rural areas: 5–10 business days

Remote locations: Delivery may take longer — estimated time will be shared at the time of order.
4. Shipping Charges

Shipping cost depends on order weight, size, and delivery location.

Free shipping may be offered on orders above a certain amount (if applicable).

Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly shown at checkout before payment.
5. Shipping Methods

We use trusted courier partners such as DTDC, Delhivery, India Post, and other reliable delivery services.

For some areas, we may use local courier services for faster delivery.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID and link to track your package.

If tracking is unavailable, we will keep you updated through email or SMS.
7. Damaged / Lost / Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please report it to us within 24 hours with photos of the package.

We will either resend the book(s) or provide a refund, based on your preference.

If your package is lost in transit, we will file a claim with the courier and either reship or refund the amount.
8. Delayed Delivery

If your order takes longer than the expected delivery time, please contact our Customer Support.

If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability of the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
